Increasingly, human<br \/>\nresources teams are able to automate monotonous operations with the help of digital platforms.<br \/>\nThis enables them to spend more time to strategic initiatives like as leadership development,<br \/>\nemployee engagement, and talent acquisition. The duty of guaranteeing the health and<br \/>\nhappiness of their workers, regardless of where they are physically located, is an additional one<br \/>\nthat falls on the shoulders of human resource managers. This role is becoming more crucial in<br \/>\nthis day and age of remote work and global teams. As a consequence of the digital revolution,<br \/>\nhuman resources (HR) is confronted with a number of new challenges, including the<br \/>\nmanagement of employee expectations in a workforce that is proficient in technology, the<br \/>\nmaintenance of data security, and the navigation of the ethical implications of using artificial<br \/>\nintelligence (AI) for decision-making in recruitment and employee evaluation.
