Magic of Numerology

349.00
I am a working housewife. I handle household chores and also go to work, with support from my husband. Occult, has always, not just attracted me but held its sway over me, significantly. I did not choose numerology; numerology chose me. While randomly looking for courses and stumbling through several, I was fortunate to land on a free 10-day Introduction to numerology online classes by Dr. Rohit Gadkari. Once the classes started, I was hooked to numerology, aided by Dr. Gadkari’s teaching style. To my delight, what started as a free 10-day course was extended to over 20 days of free numerology course! Then followed the ‘Numerology Remedy Classes’ and eventually the ‘Advanced Numerology Classes’. During this journey I developed a keen interest in understanding the science of numerology. My brain started percolating ideas to best present and share information to appeal to the youths. In the meantime, Dr. Gadkari suggested that we write a book based on his lectures and I jumped to it. While the initial audience was intended to reach out to youth, this book is intended to reach out to audiences of all ages. This book is an elementary, simplistic take on numerology. My sources of inspiration and motivation are Sai Baba, my mentor – Dr. Rohit Gadkari, my sisters – Sumita Mohanty and Sandhyarani Mohanty, my father – Nayanananda Devgoswami, my niece – Ishika Mohanty, my mother-in-law – Sandhya Tripathy, who helped me a lot with the cover page, back page, writing, proofreading and editing, too. My brother Jyotikrushna Devgoswami, fellow students of Dr. Gadkari’s batch 27 and last but not the least my caring and supportive husband who is a constant source of encouragement and support, who has patiently helped me out with profuse encouragement, inputs, ideas, interpretations, writing, proofreading and editing this book. I am grateful for having all of the above people in my life. Thank you, Universe!

Management Of ICU Acquired Weakness (ICUAW)

799.00

Advances in intensive care medicine have greatly improved survival among critically ill patients. However, many survivors experience ICU-Acquired Weakness (ICUAW), a common yet often overlooked complication that includes critical illness polyneuropathy (CIP) and myopathy (CIM). ICUAW can result in prolonged mechanical ventilation, delayed rehabilitation, long-term disability, and reduced quality of life.

Management of ICU-Acquired Weakness (ICUAW) provides a comprehensive, evidence-based guide for medical students, clinicians, physiotherapists, nurses, rehabilitation specialists, and researchers. The book covers the epidemiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, prevention, rehabilitation, nutritional and respiratory support, psychological care, long-term outcomes, and emerging technologies in ICU rehabilitation. Emphasis is placed on multidisciplinary care, early mobilization, and patient-centered recovery.

With practical case studies, rehabilitation protocols, flowcharts, tables, and clinical guidelines, this book bridges the gap between research and bedside practice, offering healthcare professionals valuable tools to improve patient outcomes.

We sincerely thank all healthcare professionals and researchers whose dedication continues to advance the care of critically ill patients. Above all, we dedicate this book to ICU survivors and their families, whose resilience inspires ongoing efforts to enhance recovery, restore function, and improve quality of life.
