PERHAPS, WE WERE HERE

Her poetry is a window into the places where memories, questions, and feelings meet. Some poems carry the light of childhood, while others wander through loneliness, regret, belonging, and the fear of being forgotten. She does not write to make every feeling beautiful; she writes to make it visible. Every poem is a small piece of something she noticed, felt, imagined, or could not let disappear. A student of Std. 10 at Saint Xaviers School, Mirzapur, Ahmedabad, she brings together these pieces in her first collection—leaving behind not just words on pages, but little traces of the world as she saw it.

This collection invites readers to pause, reflect, and discover something of themselves within its pages. Each poem offers a different way of looking at life, reminding us that even the smallest moments can hold meanings we often overlook. More than a collection of verses, this book is an invitation to feel deeply, remember gently, and see the extraordinary in the ordinary.
