I didn’t write this book because I had all the answers. I wrote it because I lived through the questions. I wrote it because I broke in places I never thought I’d recover from. I wrote it because silence was no longer an option and healing, no longer a luxury.
Shove It Up Your Brain was never meant to be pretty. It was meant to be true. The kind that burns. The kind that frees. The kind that stares you down in the mirror and says, “We’re not going back to sleep.”
I’ve walked through shame. I’ve tasted loneliness. I’ve stood on the edge of giving up. But I’ve also felt joy after sorrow. Peace after panic. Life after numbness. And I realized, somewhere along the way, that we heal better when we do it together.
